Welcome back to DDs African Kitchen!
Well there aren't many meals served in Ghana that don't come with a small helping of Shito on the side.
Shito is a spicy oil based chilli and fish flavoured condiment that is eaten with just about everything in Ghana! - I've even had breakfast bread with shito to spice it up a bit.

Ingredients list:
- 1.7l Vegetable Oil
- 300g Dried Chilli flakes
- 520g Tomato Puree
- 8 Medium sized onions
- 300g fresh Ginger
- 8 cloves of Garlic
- 1 Small red Bell Pepper
- 300g Dried Shrimps
- 750g Diced Beef (optional)
- 100g Fish powder
- 1 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Stock Cube
- Salt to taste
